Inspired by a number of videos I watched from Marcelo Santos III, I found myself creating one. Here's a story I have been trying to write, but I never really had a chance to sit down and think about it, 'till this time I heard this song I used in this video. Words just came flowing, and somehow I was able to start telling the story.
AMAZING LIFE!!!- WE MEET PEOPLE, THEN START THE FRIENDSHIP…WE LEARN TO LOVE..THEN FEEL THE PAIN OF LETTING GO...WE MOVE ON...WE SMILE..WE CRY..WE LAUGH..WE SHOUT…LIFE'S EVENTS ARE FULL OF SPICES. BUT WITH ALL THESE LIFE'S SPICES, THERE'S NO MORE SWEETER THAN FINDING THE PERFECT SPICE GOD HAS CREATED FOR US.

This was posted two years ago. Looking back made me feel good, as I realize that somehow things get better or that I am used to the lifestyle so I feel things are better than the way I looked at them before. I am working now and on the process of getting my driver's license (which is one of the things I really don't like doing but I have to want it because I need it- and that is another story). There are still lots of odds we are experiencing, but I have learned to somehow take things easy and learn to just do what I have to do. I have gained a lot of patience, and a lot of humility. There are things that I lost, but the process of losing those help me learn not to lose hope. Life is exciting, not easy, but fun. It's not just an adventure, but a journey too that we have to realize roads are as important as the destination.
As we stand beside the ocean tide,
May our love always be as constant and unchanging
As these never-ending waves that pour beneath our feet,
Flowing endlessly from the depths of the sea;
Your love came softly upon my heart,
Just as the foam comes softly upon the sand,
And just as there will never be morning
Without the ocean’s flow,
So there will never be a day
Without my love for you.
I pledge myself to you this day.
Our love will be as unchanging
And dependable as the tide;
As these waters nourish the earth
And sustain life, may my constant devotion
Nourish and sustain you
Until the end of time.
Our wedding poem- October 18, 2008
This was posted at my friendster blog last February 8, 2009. Almost two years ago, but I find it helpful to still look back and praise God for guiding us, and never really leaves us during one of the hardest times in our lives. Looking back at this time gives me strength everytime I feel things are not going well. Two years have passed. Things are not happening as what we planned to be. However, we are very thankful, that despite all the odds, my husband and I are blessed with strong love for each other and strong faith to God. Still, life is not easy. But, with all the hardships that we have gone through, we always find relief from a smile and a hug from each other, and realize God is just there and leading us to where we are supposed to be.

I went to the public library today and found this book entitled “Schools of Fish”. The moment I saw it, I remembered another book I read months ago entitled “Fish for Life”. Then, I told myself, ” Hmmm, not bad if I go and try “fishing” again.:) ”
